On behalf of the entire NAIMA leadership, we are delighted to welcome you to the Fourth NAIMA Member Family Meet 2026, taking place in Los Angeles, CA, from Friday, September 4 to Monday, September 7, in sha’ Allah.
Please read this message in full before your departure to Los Angeles.
- We ask Allah (SWT) to grant us the ability to fulfill our responsibilities as members of NAIMA.
- This is a special opportunity for our members and families to gather, strengthen our bonds, and build togetherness in support of Islamic causes.
- We encourage all attendees to arrive with their families by Friday evening, September 4.
- Hotel check-in begins at 3:00 PM.
- The program will conclude before Zuhr on Monday, September 7.

- Morning: Members’ Family Meet
- Afternoon: NAIMA CON, the first public conference for Indian Muslims
- Sunday, September 6
- Morning: Members’ Family Meet continues
- Afternoon onward: Sightseeing
- Monday, September 7
- Optional full-day sightseeing for those interested
Important Note
- Saturday, September 5, is the main day.
- Both the Members’ Family Meet and NAIMA CON will take place on Saturday.
- The NAIMA CON venue is approximately 2 miles from the hotel.

If you are flying, the following airports are listed in order of preference based on distance to the hotel:
Travel Note
- Flight Recommendation: While SNA (John Wayne Airport) is the closest to the hotel, LAX (Los Angeles International Airport) offers the most flight connections and often better pricing — we recommend checking LAX first when booking your travel.
- Shuttle Service: Complimentary shuttle service and airport pickup will be arranged from all of the above airports to the hotel, in sha’ Allah. You do not need to worry about transportation once you land.
- Book Early: Please book your flights as early as possible to secure the best fares, as prices tend to rise closer to the event date.

Registration Fees
- Family Registration: $150
- Includes one hotel room for two nights: Friday and Saturday
- Individual Registration: $100
- Includes a shared room for two nights: Friday and Saturday
- Additional Nights: $175 per extra night
- Registration fee includes all meals and snacks during the event.
Sponsorship and Financial Assistance
- You may also choose to sponsor other members who are unable to cover their expenses.
- Sponsorship can be done by making an additional donation to NAIMA.
- The registration fee is intended to help cover the event’s costs.
- We encourage members to treat this as an act of Infaq fi Sabilillah, charity in the path of Allah.
