The Monthly Roundtable is an open forum that brings together professionals, entrepreneurs, community leaders, and aspiring changemakers to engage in meaningful conversations around topics that matter to our community. Designed to encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and collective problem-solving, these sessions provide a welcoming space where participants can exchange ideas, learn from one another’s experiences, and build valuable connections.

Each roundtable focuses on a relevant theme, fostering thoughtful discussion and practical insights while helping identify opportunities for growth, service, and community impact. Through these ongoing conversations, NAIMA aims to strengthen relationships, promote professional development, and cultivate a culture of collaboration that benefits individuals and the wider community alike.
